Built in 1693, Blackwell Grange Hotel is a Georgian mansion set in the County Durham countryside. Surrounded by lush parkland and located between the North Yorkshire Moors and the Pennines, it offers a tranquil retreat just 45 minutes from York and Newcastle. Guests can unwind in the spa, enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, and woodland sauna, or indulge in luxurious treatments.

The Challenge

During a major renovation, the establishment needed a complete redesign of its hotel IT services. The goal was to create a modern hybrid network infrastructure, combining on-site and cloud services, to support business operations and hotel systems such as PMS, IPTV, EPOS, and guest Wi-Fi. The new setup had to be more efficient, reliable, and ready for future growth.

The Solution
