Once we’ve got to know your IT needs inside out, we’ll put together your bespoke Microsoft 365 solution ready for your approval. Once that’s signed, we’re ready to get going!
What we need
We’re more than happy to walk you through every step of the process – after all, you’ve come to us because we’re the IT experts! However, it’s always handy if you can collate a few key pieces of information before our discovery session.
- Do you have any existing Microsoft 365 subscriptions?
- How many users do you have?
- How many Desktops/Laptops do you have, and are they PC or Mac?
- What operating system are they using?
- What type of internet service do you have at your business premises?
- What email service are you currently using?
- Where do you store your file data and how do you access it?
- What applications do you have and how critical are they to your business?
- Do you currently back up your data to the cloud or on-premise storage?

How does the planning stage work?
Once we’ve done that, we’ll work up a migration plan – along with a network diagram – for approval. Work is then scheduled and planned for a period that will have minimum impact and disruption on your business.

After that, ongoing support and maintenance can be provided through our Complete IT Support or Pre-Paid IT Support services.
How much does IT support cost?

Do you have 24/7 support?
We do have engineers working out of hours to cover remote support 24/7. However, calling the out of hours team does require an ‘Out of Hours’ contract.
